Exploring Yoga           
*Section Two of Yoga 101: Gain an understanding of the 6 basic types of Yoga and how to practice each day.

Yoga For Your Dosha
*Section Three of Yoga 101: Find out your body type and the best postures personalized for that type. Non-active Holistic Class - Location may vary

Morning Sun Salutations
*Learn, practice, and strengthen your morning routine with Sun Salutations, and Stretching. )
   
Awake To Balance         
*Complete your morning with Postures for Focus, Guided Meditation, and Balance Asanas.

Lunch Time Quickie       
*Don’t have time to get to the gym?  Is the Michigan Weather preventing you from taking your routine outside?  Join me on your lunch break for an energizing Lunch Time Quickie.  Learn how to get in an effective routine in just 20minutes, then calming your mind with a guided meditation.

Sparrow’s Basic
*Practice basic routines each week for beginner Yoga Students.

Baby and Me Do Yoga!               
*Teach your child from start how to stay fit through yoga.  Learn appropriate postures for your growing baby while taking care of yourself.  It is important for parents to stop and take time out to exercise, why not do it with your child?  For one parent and children under 5 years old.

Pre-natal
*Gentle Yoga routines combined with weekly challenges to prepare new mothers for their child’s birth.

Post Natal
*Flowing postures designed to aid loss of baby weight while supporting new mothers in the changes of daily life that a baby brings. 

Sleepy Time
*Can’t fit a workout into your normal day?  Find your mind wandering with all of the tasks left to be accomplished before you can relax?  Join Sparrow for relaxing yoga poses, and mindful meditations that will leave you ready for dreams.

Insomniac’s Yoga
*Still awake?  Big day tomorrow?  Come downtown and let Sparrow help you rest your brain.  This class is offered late night in order to promote better rest and peaceful sleep.  It does not guarantee results, but will help most people rest better.

Yoga for Weight Loss
*Yoga is a way of life, balancing mind, body and spirit.  Work though routines formulated for those having trouble maintaining a healthy weight with the support of a positive group. 

Yoga with Hula
*Learn a little Hula with yoga as a dance warm up.  Wear your finest carribean attire or something comfortable to move in.  Enroll for this fun class and bring your friends!

Yoga with Belly Dance
*Using yoga as a warm up for Belly Dancing will put you in the right frame of mind to learn this beautiful art form.  Wear comfy clothes that are not restricting, come prepared to shake those hips!

Pre-Teen Yoga
*Yoga routines appropriate for pre-teens to help balance their changing bodies. 

Teen Yoga Club
*Weekly meetings starting with postures that maintain balance in a teens life, and ending with informational discussion on how to incorporate a holistic lifestyle into their daily routines.  Encourage your teen to take control of their lives by empowerment though a greener life.

Jesus Does Yoga
*Finish your Sunday worship by meeting Jesus on your yoga mat.  Learn how to incorporate yoga into your Christian life.
